Responsibilities

• Quote pricing, convert quotes to orders, and track through delivery or pickup.
• Pull, stage, and kit parts for open work orders; manage stock and returns.
• Own the customer service experience end to end from intake to delivery.
• Create accurate estimates and provide status updates to customers.
