Job summary

PERMIAN BASIN MATERIALS LLC is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance planning, ordering parts, and tracking repairs for our fleet. This role supports the Transportation and Maintenance teams to ensure timely service and compliance.

You will manage work orders, monitor parts inventory, and assist with cost reporting while maintaining required DOT records and shop safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office Applications experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain preventative maintenance schedules from tickets.
• Originate and close Work Orders for fleet maintenance.
• Coordinate with the transportation department to schedule routine maintenance.
• Maintain parts inventory and place purchases using established procedures.
• Track repairs, labor hours, and parts in the fleet database.
• Assist with creating Purchase Orders and picking up parts.
• Ensure mechanics have tools and service manuals.
• Assist with cost reporting and DOT file maintenance.
