Job summary

Findlay Automotive Group is seeking experienced Fleet Technicians to support our high-volume service operations in Las Vegas. The role requires diesel knowledge and a minimum of three years in an automotive facility, with a focus on efficient diagnostics and repair of a wide range of vehicle systems.

Qualifications

• Certifications and at least 3 years of automotive facility experience.
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates.
• Knowledge of vehicles of all makes and models; bumper-to-bumper coverage.
• Diesel knowledge preferred.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Knowledge of vehicles of all makes and models. Bumper to bumper.
• Diesel knowledge preferred
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• CERTIFICATIONS & at least 3 years of experience at an automotive facility
• Strong teamwork skills
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
