Job summary

Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials is seeking a Shop Service Clerk for our Bluffdale, UT location. This in-office role supports fleet and shop operations with strong organization and communication.

Responsibilities include managing the Fleet Service Program with local dealerships, maintaining fleet records, and handling invoices and POs. The ideal candidate works well independently or with a team and has solid office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an office environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Telematics system.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fleet Service Program through local dealerships.
• Update and maintain records in the fleet management program.
• Assign and monitor access to company fuel islands.
• Maintain fleet registration and compliance records.
• Create and manage vehicle decals and company fleet identification numbers.
• Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Telematics report building.
• Submitting Equipment Disposals.
• Manage monthly invoice and POs for Rental Equipment Fleet.
