Qualifications

• 2+ years of field service industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep technicians busy, productive, and moving by looking ahead and following up.
• Sell the service by understanding customer needs and explaining solutions.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and assign shop and field service jobs.
• Create estimates, follow up on approvals, and move work forward.
• Keep customers informed from the initial contact to completion.
• Ask questions, identify additional repairs, and uncover opportunities for maintenance.
