Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a Transportation/Distribution Manager to ensure DOT compliance across facilities and lead driver qualification and safety programs. You will manage background checks, medical screening, and orientation for new drivers while guiding policy adherence and regulatory input.

The role requires 5+ years in transportation/ distribution management, extensive FMCSA knowledge, and strong leadership with the ability to travel to Concordance locations as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations or related field is required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in transportation or distribution management.
• Extensive FMCSA/DOT regulations, HOS and ELDs knowledge.
• Knowledge of Federal and State tractor/trailer laws.
• Strong procedures, policies and instruction skills.
• Excellent communication, independence and reliability.
• Willing to travel to Concordance locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures DOT compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
• Maintain driver qualification processes per FMCSA standards.
• Handle background checks and medical screening coordination.
• Serve as main DOT safety and compliance contact for staff.
• Oversee electronic logs and CSA score communications.
• Advise on discipline for safety violations and report performance.
• Assist other departments with regulatory input.
• Investigate commercial vehicle crashes and maintain records.
• On-board new drivers and coordinate orientation.
• Coordinate with locations to source work and maintain CMVs.
