Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Risk Management Fleet Analyst to help leaders review and manage motor vehicle licensure and regulations for Mortenson’s fleet operations. This role focuses on driver qualification files, license monitoring, driver training compliance, and MVR status across projects.

You will work with project leadership, HR, and legal to mitigate risks for ineligible drivers and improve processes. A background in fleet management and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with a large corporate fleet.
• Experience using fleet management software.
• Familiarity with DOT/CDL policies and requirements.
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and manage a cloud-based Motor Vehicle Reporting platform.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain driver qualification files, license monitoring, and driver training compliance.
• Monitor driving status via MVR live monitoring; follow up on violations.
• Partner with project leadership, HR, and legal for intervention and mitigation of ineligible drivers.
• Support operating group processes; ensure consistent vehicle management and training improvements.
• Maintain DOT/CDL licensed driver records.
• All other duties as assigned.
