Ideal candidates bring extensive risk management experience, fleet safety program knowledge, and the ability to present complex risk concepts to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s studies or post-graduate studies in a related field preferred.
• Relevant professional designations related to risk management are expected.
• Typically ten or more years in a risk management specialty field.

Responsibilities

• Lead research to develop/implement risk management initiatives within RMS.
• Assess client exposures, loss trends, and provide recommendations.
• Develop and deliver fleet risk management training and content for internal and external stakeholders.
• Consult with underwriting, sales, claims, and risk control to improve risk services.
• Provide expert technical consulting on regulatory issues and risk management practices.
• Manage relationships and mentor junior risk management professionals.
