Job summary

Element Fleet Management is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee client fleet operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency. You will work with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to align priorities with services and improve vehicle lifecycle performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fleet management or transportation operations, with strong knowledge of safety standards and data analysis. This onsite role in Midland, TX offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet management experience.
• Strong knowledge of LTSS standards and industry best practices.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and compliance programs.
• Data analysis and telematics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fleet operations and ensure compliance with client policies.
• Manage vehicle acquisition, maintenance, inspections, repairs, and remarketing.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, recalls, and safety requirements to reduce downtime.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers and client partners; coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, equipment, title, and inventory records.
