Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1-2 years.
• Able to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• 1 to 3 year experience in Sales Administration or a 2 year degree.

Responsibilities

• Handles all Rental calls and transactions until complete.
• Invoices open agreements daily to ensure up-to-date billing and customer satisfaction.
• Sets up New Rental Customer Accounts through Credit Department.
• Coordinates Rental Sales Transactions with used equipment dept for swapping sold units and transporting to final destination.
• Works with service department on rental damage to recover expenses.
• Maintains insurance certificates on file for all customers to limit liability.
• Tracks activity: rentals won, pending, lost, developing to optimize fleet use.
• Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
