Job summary

RING POWER CORPORATION in Florida seeks a Rental Coordinator to communicate with clients, determine account status and ensure insurance on file. You will document rental costs, deposits and policies, complete contracts and verify credit, obtaining customer signatures.

This role requires 1-2 years experience, a High School diploma or GED, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. After-hours, weekend and holiday coverage may be required, with a focus on accurate billing and exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Formal Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1-2 years.
• Must comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with client to determine account status and if a certificate of insurance is on file.
• Notes cost of rental based on equipment type, daily rates, insurance coverage, and deposit amount.
• Completes rental contract, explains policies, verifies credit, and obtains customer signature and deposit.
• Keeps track of costs for each PSD Rental job.
• Ensures all necessary paperwork is turned in for appropriate billing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
