Opifex-Synergy in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Rental Coordinator, an entry point into the equipment rental industry. You will build relationships with customers, process rental orders, track equipment locations and availability, coordinate logistics, and assist with billing and invoices.

Work with the outside sales team to ensure excellent customer service and support. This office-based role requires strong organizational and communication skills and may include occasional outdoor yard visits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Superior talent for building and maintaining relationships.
• Experience in processing and managing detailed paperwork.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Office role with potential outdoor yard visits for equipment order fulfillment.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding detail-oriented support processing rental reservations/agreements, invoices, equipment checks, and credit applications.
• Use company systems and tools, such as Salesforce and ERP, to document, track, and manage sales activities.
• Apply excellent verbal and written communication skills to support sales and management teams.
• Manage receiving, organization, tracking, and relocation of equipment and attachments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by phone or walk-ins, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
