Job summary

DACON, the fleet support arm of Dashiell, seeks a Fleet Assistant to join its Deer Park, TX office. You will focus on data entry, documentation management, and ensuring system accuracy to keep fleet operations running smoothly.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma, basic MS Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Training on ZONAR and LYTX will be provided, with no driving requirement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment files and documentation for accuracy and organization.
• Assist with CARB tracking and compliance documentation.
• Support ZONAR and LYTX systems with accurate data entries.
• Perform data entry for equipment, inspections, and fleet records.
• Track expiration dates for registrations, inspections, and compliance items.
• Process, upload, and organize documents in company systems.
• Prepare basic reports and tracking spreadsheets for internal use.
• Support administrative workflows and assist team members as needed.
• Take on special projects and other duties as assigned.
