Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for driver shifts. You’ll coordinate readiness, manage inventory, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Join a team that values organization and strong communication as you help keep the fleet moving. This is an on-site role with hourly pay of $20.00 plus quarterly incentives, and a benefits package including PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 25 years or older.
• Be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Professionalism, strong communication, and attention to detail.
• Computer literate with the ability to use basic software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections for safety and compliance.
• Assign vehicles to drivers based on availability and condition.
• Prepare key tags and documents so shifts start promptly.
• Monitor vehicle status to ensure smooth shift transitions and minimize downtime.
• Report issues to the Mobility Dispatch Supervisor for quick resolution.
