Job summary

Master’s Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support the operation, readiness, and utilization of the rental fleet including shuttle buses and vans.

You will track unit availability, monitor maintenance, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and maintain fleet records to enable accurate billing and clear internal communication. The role collaborates with the Branch Manager, rental team, service providers, vendors, and customers to ensure vehicles are clean, documented, and ready

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Prior experience with fleet coordination or management (preferred).

Responsibilities

Review and authorize repairs with vendors.
Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient fleet operation.
Track fleet maintenance per maintenance intervals.
Maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
Prepare paperwork and deliver to accounting for invoicing.
Ensure customers are rebilled for excess charges (mileage, fuel, etc.).
Maintain fleet readiness by daily communication with service providers.
