Job summary

Master’s Transportation is seeking a dependable Fleet Coordinator to manage our shuttle bus and van rental fleet. You will track availability and maintenance, assist customers and vendors, keep records organized, and prepare billing documentation. Occasional hands-on support with vehicle staging and readiness is required.

The role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and strong communication as you ensure vehicles are ready when needed and aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior experience with Fleet coordination or management.

Responsibilities

• Track fleet availability and maintenance status.
• Coordinate customer check-ins/check-outs and billing documentation.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and reporting.
• Work with vendors to authorize repairs and service.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for rental.
