Job summary

SIXT is hiring a Fleet Planner at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to manage day-to-day fleet planning, monitor vehicle movements, and forecast demand across hourly to weekly horizons. You will coordinate transfers between branches and ensure smooth rental operations while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and strong communication with internal teams and partners; 18+ with a valid license and US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of administrative office experience in auto rental or dealership preferred.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, and documentation.
• Must be 18+ years old, hold a valid driver's license, and be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Work 40 hours per week with day or evening shifts; travel 5–10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and operations of the fleet to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Monitor and track shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future needs.
• Plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts.
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches, maintaining service levels.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth rental transactions and inventory control.
