Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of administrative experience in automotive or car rental settings, plus basic MS Office skills; travel up to 5-10% may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fleet planning and operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future vehicle needs.
• Plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts.
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches to maintain service levels.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to execute car rental transactions and manage inventory.
