Job summary

SIXT in Seattle is seeking a Fleet Planner to manage day-to-day operations, ensure fleet efficiency and safety, and support service levels across branches. You will monitor vehicle movements, plan dispatches on hourly, daily, and weekly forecasts, and coordinate transfers to meet demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of admin experience.
• Basic computer navigation skills and MS Office familiarity.
• Strong organization skills managing fleet inventory, repairs, orders, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch vehicles to meet hourly, daily, and weekly demand.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future needs.
• Coordinate transfers between branches to maintain service levels and inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth car rental operations.
