Cox Fleet in Minnesota is hiring a Parts & Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—while helping customers select the right product or repair and building strong buying relationships.

You will maintain regular CRM updates, prepare quotes with the service team, meet or exceed sales goals, and deliver excellent customer service to secure ongoing business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 5 years’ related experience; alternative combinations acceptable (e.g., bachelor’s degree with 3 years, master’s with 1 year)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in sales, negotiations, marketing and problem resolution
• Proven track record in meeting sales quotas
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Experience with CRM and quote processes (Sales/Service) is a plus

Responsabilités

• Portray a welcoming and positive image to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service to drive ongoing sales and satisfaction
• Determine customer needs and recommend the right product or repair
• Develop and cultivate relationships with customers
• Stay up-to-date on product features with available training resources
• Collaborate with Parts and Service Operations Supervisors on quotes
• Maintain CRM with visit schedules and opportunity status
• Identify sales opportunities using Sales Comparison Report
• Meet or exceed Parts & Service Sales Goals
• Perform other duties as directed by Parts & Service Sales Director
