Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a customer‑facing sales associate at our Saint Cloud, MN location. You will help customers by phone or in person, locating heavy‑duty parts and providing accurate pricing and availability.

You will pull parts from the warehouse, process sales, and handle warranty items, credits, and returns as needed. The role requires at least a high school diploma, solid Windows XP and office app skills, and strong listening, communication, and time‑management abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows XP and office apps (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone or in person to identify heavy‑duty parts.
• Locate and pull ordered parts from warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales price according to company procedures.
• Handle warranty or defective parts per policy.
• Process credits for returns and write up charges.
• Suggest related parts to complete full-service sales.
• Keep the counter area clean and display areas organized.
