Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' related experience, or equivalent combinations with higher degrees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Sales preferred.
• Experience in sales, negotiations, marketing, and problem resolution.
• Proven track record in achieving sales quotas.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure ongoing sales and satisfaction.
• Determine customer needs and recommend the right product or repair.
• Develop and sustain strong buying relationships with customers.
• Utilize training to stay updated on product features.
• Collaborate with Parts and Service Ops Supervisors when quoting.
• Maintain CRM updates with visits and opportunities.
• Use Sales Comparison Report to identify opportunities.
• Meet or exceedParts & Service Sales Goals.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Director.
