Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Parts & Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle from generating leads to closing deals. The role emphasizes meeting or exceeding sales goals for the assigned area of responsibility and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and a background in marketing or sales. Experience with CRM and MS Office is a plus, and knowledge of Karmak Fusion software is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or higher may be substituted with related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
• Experience in sales, negotiations, marketing, and problem resolution is expected.
• Proven track record in achieving sales quotas is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Portray a welcoming, positive image.
• Deliver excellent customer service to drive ongoing sales and satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or repairs.
• Develop and maintain strong buying relationships with customers.
• Stay updated on product features through training resources.
• Collaborate with Parts and Service Operations Supervisors on quotes.
• Maintain communication with the nearby Trailer Sales Representative for the same AOR.
• Keep CRM with visit schedules and opportunity status.
• Use Sales Comparison Report to spot sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed Parts & Service Sales Goals.
