Job summary

Cox Fleet in Indianapolis, a leading on-site mobile maintenance provider, is hiring a Parts & Sales Representative to generate leads, quote, and close sales across its broad service network. You will deliver excellent customer service, build lasting relationships, and work with the CRM to track opportunities while collaborating with Parts and Service Operations Supervisors to craft quotes.

Strong communication and a proven sales record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related field experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in sales, negotiations, marketing and problem resolution.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Portray a welcoming and positive image
• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work with customers to determine needs and recommend products or repairs
• Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships
• Utilize training resources to stay updated on product features
• Coordinate quotes with Parts and Service Operations Supervisors
• Maintain CRM with visit schedule and opportunity status
• Meet or exceed sales goals
