Penn Power Group is seeking a Fleet Customer Success Project Manager to own parts, inventory, and case management for fleet accounts. You will partner with the Fleet Customer Success Manager to ensure seamless service, from parts availability to preventive maintenance execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fleet operations, parts/inventory management, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts ordering and manage inventory across assigned fleet accounts.
• Run monthly cycle counts at project locations, catching discrepancies before they become problems.
• Own warranty case management with dealers — documentation, invoicing, timely claims.
• Support case resolution alongside our Maintenance Team Managers.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling and track compliance across sites.
• Help manage on-call coverage for weekends/after-hours, including technician dispatch and towing coordination.
• Contribute to policies and procedures that make our fleet operations more consistent.
