Job summary

Penn Power Group is seeking a Fleet Customer Success Project Manager to own parts, inventory, and warranty case management across our fleet accounts.

You will partner with the Fleet Customer Success Manager, coordinate on-site inventory counts, and schedule preventive maintenance while ensuring timely dispatch and escalation as needed.

This role requires 3+ years in fleet operations, comfort traveling for counts, and experience with ERP systems like Decisiv.

• Strong communication across internal teams and dealers/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts ordering and manage inventory across fleet accounts.
• Run monthly cycle counts and catch discrepancies early.
• Own warranty case management with dealers, including invoicing.
• Support case resolution with Maintenance Team Managers.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and track site compliance.
• Coordinate on-call coverage, technician dispatch, and towing.
• Contribute to policies and procedures to improve fleet operations.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate parts ordering and manage inventory across assigned fleet accounts
• Run monthly cycle counts at project locations, catching discrepancies before they become problems
• Own warranty case management with dealers — documentation, invoicing, timely claims
• Support case resolution alongside our Maintenance Team Managers
• Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling and track compliance across sites
• Help manage on-call coverage for weekends/after-hours, including technician dispatch and towing coordination
• Contribute to policies and procedures that make our fleet operations more consistent

What You Bring

• 3+ years in fleet operations, parts/inventory management, or project coordination
• Comfort managing multiple workstreams across different locations
• Willingness to travel regularly for on-site inventory counts (occasional overnight stays)
• Availability for an on-call rotation
• Strong communicator — you'll coordinate across internal teams and external dealers/vendors
• Experience with ERP-based parts/inventory systems (Decisiv or similar) a strong plus
