Job summary

Penn Power Group is seeking a Fleet Customer Success Project Manager to own parts, inventory, and case management for our fleet accounts. You will partner with the Fleet Customer Success Manager to ensure parts availability and timely preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in fleet operations or related roles, can juggle multiple sites, travel for on-site counts, participate in on-call rotation, and coordinate with dealers and vendors using ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fleet operations, parts/inventory management, or project coordination.
• Comfort coordinating multiple workstreams across locations.
• Willingness to travel regularly for on-site inventory counts (occasional overnight stays).
• Availability for an on-call rotation.
• Strong communication across internal teams and external dealers/vendors.
• Experience with ERP-based parts/inventory systems (Decisiv or similar) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts ordering and manage inventory across assigned fleet accounts.
• Run monthly cycle counts at project locations and catch discrepancies early.
• Own warranty case management with dealers, including documentation and invoicing.
• Support case resolution with Maintenance Team Managers.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling across sites and track compliance.
• Assist with on-call coverage for weekends/after-hours and technician dispatch.
