Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in parts inventory management, preferably in fleet/auto repair.
• Experience in parts sales is a plus.
• Proficiency with inventory software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee parts ordering, procurement, inventory management, warranty and distribution for PSC repair parts.
• Maintain min/max inventory levels across shop and field locations.
• Negotiate parts/tire/maintenance contracts with PSC vendors.
• Manage parts warranty process and credits/refunds with vendors.
• Keep parts room clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers.
