CR&R Incorporated is seeking a Parts Clerk to support our maintenance facilities by managing parts distribution and inventory. The role is full-time with a 5:00 p.m. start, offering benefits and hourly wages between $20 and $22.

The position involves inventory control, data entry, and dispensing parts to mechanics, while coordinating with the Fleet Manager and maintaining accurate fleet records in our management software.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with invoice coding and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Heavy truck and equipment experience may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Compile parts research and availability for inventory needed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Review order points and quantity with Fleet Manager.
• Receive, tag, stock and dispense parts to mechanics per policy.
• Input fleet information into fleet management system daily.
• Order and receive inventories into Fleet Management Software.
• Maintain inventory levels, preventive and corrective maintenance records.
• Assist Fleet Manager with analysis of fleet operations and data errors.
