Job summary

RATP Dev USA in Camarillo, CA seeks an organized Parts Clerk to support fleet maintenance operations. Responsibilities include managing parts inventory lifecycle, ordering, receiving, stocking, cataloging, issuing, and cycle-counting replacement parts, tools, and materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in parts inventory, warehousing, or auto/heavy-duty equipment parts handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control & Management: maintain accurate counts using MIS / Fleet Management Software; perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies; set min/max stock levels.
• Purchasing & Sourcing: prepare purchase requisitions, place orders, monitor open POs and expedites parts.
• Receiving & Issuing: inspect incoming shipments, log receipts, stage and issue parts to mechanics against work orders.
• Shop & Parts Room Maintenance: keep parts room clean and secure; handle hazardous materials per regulations; manage core returns and scrap disposal.
