Amerit Fleet Solutions, a leading fleet maintenance company in the United States, is seeking a Medium/Heavy Duty Parts Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. You will report to the Purchasing Manager and manage inside parts ordering while building strong relationships with internal teams and meeting purchasing objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a competitive auto parts market
• Knowledge of light/medium duty parts/vehicles
• Excellent phone, listening and communication skills
• Ability to build lasting client relationships
• ASE P1/P2 certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain set of clients and internal customers
• Work with internal customers in a professional manner
• Familiarize with client vehicle assignments
• Locate hard-to-find parts and negotiate with vendors
• Quote parts and input information into the management system
• Track lost sales
• Assist other parts coordinators when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned
