Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair activities and prioritize work orders.
• Maintain accurate work orders and repair records.
• Serve as liaison between technicians, field personnel, supervisors and vendors.
• Monitor progress and follow up on delays and backorders.
• Order and track parts and verify pricing and availability.
• Support technicians with information, parts, and resources to complete repairs.
