Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Fleet Parts Coordinator in Pearland, TX. This full-time role focuses on parts management, procurement, and fleet logistics to support field and shop technicians.

The position requires experience in parts sales, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will govern min/max inventories, coordinate warranties, and ensure efficient parts distribution across units.

• Ability to follow instructions and processes and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the parts ordering, procurement, inventory management, warranty, and distribution of PSC repair parts, shop supplies, and maintenance parts for all business units; field and in shop.
• Controls all min/max parts inventory for shop and field locations.
• Negotiates, with the assistance of the National Accounts management, all parts/tire/maintenance contracts with the PSC preferred vendors.
• Manages the parts warranty process with all vendors and ensures PSC parts credits/refunds have been collected.
• Keeps assigned parts room in a clean and manageable order and ensures field logistics minimize downtime.

Generates, distributes, and follows up on scheduled reports related to parts purchases, inventory, and explanations for program exceptions.
