Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Staff Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruitment for craft and professional roles in the energy services sector. You will source, screen, interview, and manage offers while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

You will build pipelines, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Occasional travel to career fairs and events is expected as part of outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in energy, construction, or engineering.
• Experience recruiting skilled craft labor and professional roles.
• Strong sourcing using multiple channels and platforms.
• Experience with ATS (SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
