Job summary

AAA Lexington Fleet seeks an experienced Fleet Manager to lead Roadside Assistance Club Fleet Operations and drive top-tier member satisfaction. You will plan, direct and optimize performance to ensure safe, efficient use of assets around the clock.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in a senior, high-volume service environment, with 2–4 years in management, plus required towing and roadside certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have strong managerial and technical background.
• 5-7 years in a high-volume, customer service environment with at least 2-4 years in a manager role.
• Completed IITR or TRAA light/medium duty courses (within 1 year).
• Completed Roadside Problem Solving Technician training (within 1 year).
• Completed Battery Technician Course (within 1 year).
• Possess valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Advanced knowledge of automotive computer equipment, mobile tech, telecom and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Roadside Assistance Club Fleet Operations to deliver exceptional member satisfaction.
• Manage 24/7 fleet utilization and operations, including holidays and emergencies.
• Direct 1–3 supervisors and up to 60 frontline staff and club vehicles.
• Develop annual budgets and oversee payables/receivables per guidelines.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and evaluate staff; communicate effectively.
