Job summary

Seneca Resources in Lincoln, AL, is seeking a Company Vehicle Liaison to manage administration tasks related to the company vehicle fleet and support the local HR team. The role requires coordinating service, scheduling with dealerships, and maintaining accurate vehicle records in Agile systems.

You will liaise with associates, managers, and external vendors to ensure timely service, proper paperwork, and compliant vehicle renewals, with occasional plate transfers and end-of-life processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Basic Microsoft knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new computer systems (Lotus Notes, Outlook, credit card systems).
• Willing to work outside ~4 hours/day, clean and drive vehicles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent driving history.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and record mileage, maintenance, cleanliness, and wear and tear.
• Schedule service requests with outside Dealership and associates.
• Coordinate with security for services and issues.
• Update fleet system and print paperwork for associates.
• Meet with associates to sign paperwork and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate license plates, registrations, insurance and keys.
• Transfer plates between states and manage pool car agreements.
• Sign for and deliver packages/mail and inspect returned cars.
