WM is offering a Fleet Operational Management Trainee (FOMT) program designed to develop individuals into fleet manager roles. The 12-month program focuses on managing equipment, controlling costs, and maintaining high safety standards. Relocation within the U.S.

and Canada may be required, with substantial field training and travel. During training, the role involves on-the-job experiences, classroom sessions, and varying schedules including 12-hour days, weekends, and early starts.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree (accredited).
• High School Diploma or GED accepted with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete the FOMT curriculum and required training in WM Learning Management System.
• Develop the skills to become a Fleet Manager and oversee fleet operations.
• Participate in mandatory group trainings and complete computer-based training.
• Gain working knowledge of WM's Fleet and business applications and maintenance processes.
• Lead site personnel and understand financial, forecasting, and scale house operations.
