Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (accredited).
• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilités

• Complete the FOMT curriculum and required training items.
• Develop skills to become a Fleet Manager and manage site personnel.
• Engage in computer-based training and mandatory group sessions.
• Learn WM's Fleet and business applications and understand maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for operations.
