WM is offering a Fleet Operational Management Trainee program designed to develop future fleet managers through 12 months of on-the-job and classroom training. The role requires relocation within assigned regions and includes extensive field assignments and travel across the U.S. and Canada.

During training, you'll gain hands-on experience with fleet maintenance, cost control, safety, and operations management, with a base pay range of $84,700 to $123,000 and travel is covered by WM.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (accredited).
• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the FOMT curriculum through on-the-job and classroom training.
• Develop the skills to become a Fleet Manager.
• Learn WM Fleet applications and maintenance processes.
• Participate in safety programs and field assignments.
