Job summary

Waste Management offers a 12-month Fleet Operational Management Trainee program to develop individuals into fleet managers. The curriculum mixes classroom learning with extensive field assignments to build skills in fleet maintenance, cost control, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete the FOMT curriculum and required training.
• Develop skills to become a Fleet Manager through hands-on learning.
• Participate in field assignments and depot-level maintenance training.
• Assist in cost control, forecasting, and safety program adherence.
• Relocate within the U.S./Canada as assigned and travel during training.
