Job summary

Bachelor's degree is required. The role starts at 1pm, Monday–Friday, with paid weekly salary and full benefits. Relocation within the unit after training is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer interface and proactive management.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization.
• Partner with Sales on calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling and vehicle status updates; plan technician work.
