Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in management or logistics.
• Willingness to travel to account locations.
• Ability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to regional relocate as needed.
• DOT regulations training will be provided during trainee program.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build relationships with drivers and carriers for onboarding and productivity.
• Cover for absent staff and work on fleet optimization projects.
• Train and orient drivers and internal customers on systems.
• Analyze KPIs and create customer-specific reporting.
• Plan loads, route freight, and monitor movements to meet schedules.
• Maintain company safety culture and DOT compliance during training.
