Qualifications

• Able to work all shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with drivers and safe carriers to set up new carriers and maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent staff and work on projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Train drivers and staff on internal and customer systems and processes.
• Analyze KPIs, prepare reporting, and present financial analyses to customers.
• Manage yard operations, equipment maintenance scheduling, and incident resolution.
• Plan loads, route freight, monitor movements, and ensure on-time service.
