• Able to work nights and/or weekends when needed.
• Willing to regionally relocate based on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build relationships with drivers and outside carriers for seamless operations.
• Fill in for absent personnel and work on special projects to optimize fleet.
• Participate in payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting tasks.
• Plan loads, route freight, and monitor delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive services and safety.
