• Fill in for absent personnel and work on projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability
• Learn to train and orient drivers and employees, including systems training
• Assist in developing reporting and financial analysis for customers and management
• Assist in managing yard operations, maintenance scheduling, and safety compliance
• Support load assignment, routing, and real-time freight movement to meet customer requirements
