Job summary

You'll work across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management in a fast-paced program designed to develop your operations and fleet maintenance background. The ideal candidate holds a 4-year college degree and aims to progress toward an Ops Supervisor role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required for program eligibility.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills including Excel and Word; basic understanding of business finance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships with proactive management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Rental, Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales to optimize costs.
• Schedule PMs, track vehicle status updates and breakdowns.
• Relocation within the business unit after training completion.
