Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR HS diploma with 1 year of management/transportation/logistics/business admin experience
• Willing to travel to account/customer/company event locations
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends
• Willingness to regionally relocate based on account assignment
• Experience managing a team (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Learn to build positive relationships with drivers and carriers for smooth carrier setup and productivity
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability
• Assist with training drivers and employees and with customer systems and data
• Analyze P&L statements, generate customer reports, and present findings to clients
• Plan loads, route freight, monitor movements, and adjust for on-time delivery and service levels
• Coordinate yard operations, maintenance scheduling, and safety compliance
