Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of management/transportation experience with willingness to travel.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights/weekends as needed.
• Willingness to regionally relocate depending on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive driver and carrier relationships for seamless new carrier setup.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support fleet optimization projects.
• Train drivers and staff on internal and third-party systems and processes.
• Plan and monitor freight movements, ensure DOT compliance, and provide customer-focused reporting.
