Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, OR 1 year of management/transportation experience.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations when applicable.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Willingness to regionally relocate dependent on account assignment.
• Experience managing a team (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and carriers for new carrier setup and productivity.
• Fill in for absent staff and work on projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn payroll, Net-Revenue budgeting, driver counseling, and financial reporting duties.
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight to meet on-time delivery and customer requirements.
• Learn to maintain safety culture and ensure DOT compliance.
