Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Willing to travel and relocate regionally.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build relationships with drivers and safe, reliable outside carriers to ensure smooth carrier setup and ongoing productivity.
• Fill in for absent staff and assist with special projects related to optimizing fleet operations and profitability.
• Assist with payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting responsibilities.
• Plan loads, route, and monitor freight movement to meet on-time service and customer requirements.
